I'm shocked at the percent of carbohydrates showing in my circle even though I have cut out most bread and starchy vegetables. EXCEPT CORN ON THE COB IN SEASON. Guess its the sugars in fruit.

Two weeks in and some weight loss success already. Blood pressure and cholesterol have to come down. But let's be honest. If I don't satisfy the vanity factor, I won't stick with the program like I need to. Also, moderate weight loss of 1 lb per week is not aggressive enough for me. I would like to be able to achieve 3 or 4 lbs. per week. So gotta up the exercise!!!
