Looking for keto ppl
I am trying to in fact eat no more than my size and activity level requires. But I can't eat too low or I will flip out my adrenals. I am 5-4 and eat 1300-1500cal a day. I weigh alot (obese actually) so I should still/should have been losing fairly easily.
Something's w.r.o.n.g. My hormones are all whacked out...

im at moderate urine ketones even with not using first urine of the day...wat gives???

Sugar Addict/Chocoholic!!! Are you one & how do you deal with it?
also the starchy vegs will just prolong a craving as theyre carb-y. sweet pot are even high in fructose...which is NOT good. eat lots of greens, cooked n salads. finally, u will get there. it will be hell till u do, but u will. i love greens now n am limited on what i can eat of them, im very lowcarb n high fat. ur body craves the nutrients in greens, so many kinds of them too!
my heart goes out to all who battle cravings. i didnt conquer them till ketosis. hopefully i will tolerate veg carbs again n at least maintain my loss while eating them again when i get to goal. if not, ill be without. im not living that battle again.

i use aldis oil rite now. super cheap n organic lol
wud love to eat berries again! mostly i just fry up sum greens n put fatty meat over them or roast vegs with fatty meat. put coconut oil on both meals. drink a fatty drink in a.m.
no real recipes needed. recipes are for ppl who eat carbs lol
