so my computer was broken and couldn't get on the site. But, I've still maintained my weight but I need to get out there and start exercising again to start losing again. Have a good day!

As I look over the past year since have a baby the weight loss has been up and down. However, I've really been working hard and I lost about 40 lbs this past year. It's amazing how much better you feel about yourself and those around you. However, my family does not need to lose weight (they didn't have kids) and we have sweets in the house all the time. I look at them and really want them but, I know if I eat one that will be the "death" of me. I will be so done. So here is to willpower and not letting those sweets get to you!

Starting to feel better so hopefully I can really get back into the swing of things. Hope everyone else is doing well. Looking for new recipes and new things to add to my diet. Any suggestions are welcome! Thank you
