Up another pound, feeling blah. Monday starting a new personal challenge. 1 - 2 pounds a week, 12 pounds by my birthday 10/1. After the first week I will post what I did if it works.

I am at this plateau, teetering between 162 to 160. The weight just won't move. The biggest challenge is belly fat that I can't get rid of. I'm going to try Lean Cuisine for 30 days for lunch and dinner with lots of water. Cut down on my sugar intake. Breakfast will be light with coffee, bagels, cereal and fruit. If anyone has some help they can offer I'm all ears.
