I am feeling a little frustrated. I worked a little too hard at the start of this boot camp program and couldn't walk for most of the week. Today, I finally just felt sore, not in pain. I went to do 1 lunge to warm up and pulled the muscle in my left leg....zap....pain. I wish my body would just work with me a little!

I have gotten a lot of negativity this week from everyone I know it seems. From my boyfriend telling me to not worry about the calories to my co-workers poking fun of me waddling around. It all makes me realize just how important it is to draw like-minded people closer to you.
So I would like to say to everyone (and myself) that I am very proud of you. This is not easy. DO count your calories and watch your diet – it IS important. DO get those workouts in. Soreness is ok – it means you are getting stronger. Don’t listen to anyone not being supportive. It isn’t their body, it’s yours. You CAN do this!

Day 3 - cardio day so I did 35 minutes on the treadmill walking. Every muscle in my body hurts! Except my toes, yeah, my toes are good.
I also took my "before" photo last night. I'm not sure why but I didn't realize my body was that big! I have a mirror but seeing a complete back view in a bikini was just terrible. Why didn't someone tell me my butt got so big?!

Started Day 1 of Bikini Boot Camp today. I have felt nauseous, sick and can barely walk since that 5:30 am workout.
