Phentermine.
Yup, I'm trying it. I never though I'd take a diet pill but I have a friend who swore by it, so here I go. I started yesterday. I took 1/2 of a 37.5MG pill around 11:00 A.M. It felt like I drank a lot of coffee. It completely took away my sugar and junk food cravings, because honestly, you are just not hungry. It made me incredibly thirsty, which is great because I am usually dehydrated. I am pretty sure I just peed all day. I am still making sure I eat at least 1,200 calories a day and am carefully monitoring how I feel. I slept just fine last night so it didn't keep me awake. So, I like it so far.
