so i lost 3 pounds. thats good except i thought it was so good, i could take a day off. that day became 3. i'm entering the runDisney half marathon for next year. i wanted to do this year's one, but it's sold out. so i registered to volunteer.

went biking to sonic today (yum). worked off what i got. i think i'll do that more often. whenever i want something such as fast food i'll bike there. not often, but i will.
