Directions

  1. Alle Zutaten in kleine Stücke schneiden. Die Petersilie fein hacken.
  2. Alles in eine Schüssel geben und mit etwas Pfeffer würzen (Ich habe kein Salz hinzugegeben, da der Matjes salzig genug ist).
  3. Mit Kartoffel- oder Gemüserösti servieren.
