Tomate-Mozzarella-Omlett

Ein italienisches Omlett mit Kirschtomaten, geschmolzenem Mozzarella und frischem Ei für eine satte Portion Eiweiß am Mittag oder Abend.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1 EL Olivenöl in einer beschichteten Pfanne erhitzen. Währenddessen 3 Eier mit einer Gabel verquirlen und mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken.
  2. Rührei-Masse in die heiße Pfanne gießen, leicht anstocken lassen. 125g Kirschtomaten in Scheiben schneiden und auf dem angestockten Rührei verteilen.
  3. 125g Mozzarella (leicht) ebenfalls in Scheiben schneiden und über die Tomaten legen. Kräftig mit 2 EL Basilikum würzen.
  4. Mit einem großen Teller die Pfanne abdecken und Omlett für ca. 5 Minuten auf niedriger Hitze zu Ende braten.
