  1. Овощи потереть на крупной терке, из кабачков обязательно отожмите сок, из филе сделайте фарш.
  2. Смешайте тертые овощи, куриный фарш, хлопья, добавьте яйцо, посолите по вкусу, можно добавить немного черного молотого перца.
  3. Хорошо вымесить фарш и сформировать котлеты. Запекать в аэрогриле или духовке 20 мин до готовности.
