Pechuga de Pollo a la Naranja

Rápida, sencilla y saludable.

Directions

  1. Picar la cebolla y pasarla por sarten sin aceite con un poco de agua.
  2. Cortar la naranja en 2 y exprimir una de las partes, reservar.
  3. Pelar la otra mitad, y conservar la pulpa.
  4. Dorar los filetes con las cebollas, añade el zumo. Al final de la coccion incorporar la leche, salpimentar y añadir la nuez moscada.
  5. Acompañar con arroz hervido.
