Oh how I hate recording this! I have not actually gained weight. In fact according to my old scale, I lost a pound! Unfortunately, this is what my new scale says I weigh, and while I don't like the number, it is likely more accurate. I really thought about putting the 140 that my old scale said, but then why bother having bought a new scale if I'm not going to use it?! I just have to remind myself that I've still lost 23, almost 24 pounds, I simply had my starting weight incorrect (based on my new scale). At least it is lower than when I first bought the stupid thing last week.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
