I swear I am not making up my weight loss. I am just waiting for the increase. Maybe it's because I've been posting my weight online daily that there is that accountability piece missing since my LA center closed. Don't know, but whatever it is, I hope it will keep on happening. My plateau was 156.6. If only I can keep away from that number, I'll start gaining my confidence that I can do this again...that I can actually meet my goal without going to my center.
