My scale has not moved in the downward position in months. I started Keto on April 1 to see if I could sustain this WOE. I didn’t expect a change in weight especially since I didn’t go to the gym. I walked one day this week for 30 minutes. I plan on adding the gym as well but I’m truly amazed. I knew carbs weren’t my friends but I kept being told you need them for energy. Don’t eliminate foods blah blah blah. Glad I tried it. Glad it’s not as hard as I thought it would be and glad these pounds come off to keep me motivated.
207.8 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
