I'm doing a Sweet Apple Cider Vinegar Detox twice a day. Wearing a waist trainer belt to hold my stomach in. Only eating meat, eggs, cheese and cabbage. For some reason cabbage seems like a miracle food. Lost 6 lbs. in 1 week when I added it to my meal at night.

Cabbage fills you up and then assist with elimination too imo I love cabbage..your doing a great job;)
