Established ideal weight goal of 132 and have added all food groups back into my daily regimen. Limited dairy and red meat. Very conscious of devil sugars and hope to maintain 6 meals a day regimen and the BMI of 21.0 .
Take Shape for Life continues to work for us.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

I am so impressed!!! You are a real inspiration. I have no problem with the sugar--it is the other carbs: bread, potatoes that do me in. Anything with yeast. Those cravings are the worst and I am not only at a standstill, I am going backwards. I had lost 40 and gained back 30--what a mess
