Today was the final day of NYU's weight loss challenge. For the six week period I lost 30 pounds. That is wonderful. I still have 7 pounds to reach my goal weight. I am glad I completed the 6 week/40 days regimen. I did have a few temptations, but I made it through. I will now not be so strict on my diet, but will hopefully continue reducing my weight. Thank you God!
