rest day today from all workouts. my body is tired and sore. there will be walking involved and with any luck will make my 11k step goal today. but won't push it.
210.2 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
