Forgot to weigh in yesterday morning - but this is holding pretty consistent to what I would expect to see...little up little down. The success is that I feel great and my BGL is holding in a healthy (for a diabetic)stable range.
172.4 lb Lost so far: 74.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
