I'm still working out and doing a damn good job at it. Almost every day I get down on the floor and do strengthening and toning exercises. Now that there is no candy in the house I am doing a better job at staying around my suggested calories. I wish that I had a measuring tape to find out how many inches around I actually am because I think I have to have lost around 4 inches all ready.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
