Ok, I am 0.4 lbs. away from my lowest weight since I can't remember when. I am trying to decide if I should eat some spaghetti for lunch. My weight seems to shoot upwards when I eat pasta. I think I am going to use whole wheat pasta instead of the regular. I'm also going to chug down lots of water and work out to see if I will continue my weight loss tomorrow. I'm just tired of eating salads at lunch. I was going to order a steak when I went to Outback yesterday. Instead, I ordered the Queensland chicken salad. (Okay, so I'm doing my own version of LA Weight Loss!) I didn't eat anything afterwards other than my LA lite. It's snowing and I don't want to go out.....the spaghetti's here....hmmmm.....I'm going for it!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The whole wheat pasta is actually not too bad. Plus I'm actually starting to like more cooked veggies than I ever did...shhhh don't tell my mom! lol! I still refuse to eat cooked green beans though. Yeah I agree that the salads get annoying. Try making a stir fry with Bok choy or fajitas with lots of red and yellow peppers and onion, oh yeah don't forget the chicken!

Yes, that spaghetti was what the doctor ordered. Now, I don't know if the scales will agree tomorrow morning!!!! :) Lttlangel, I'm not much of a veggie person, either. I like the way that fajita sounds, though. Great idea! Yum!
