I changed my calorie goal from 1500 to 1360 and went over 23 calories which I'm happy about for the first day and also drinking more water and green tea for signing up on the get on track train! Nan
201.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
