Gained about 4 lbs since my weight in last week. Ate poorly on Sat and Sunday. On Saturday, it was the last night of skiing for the season, so my fellow ski patrollers had a pot luck BBQ. I enjoyed the shrimp, burgers and chips. Sunday was Easter and my wife arranged for us to go out to a fancy buffet with prime rib, more shrimp, chocolate fountain, etc. I will have my work cut out for me to get back to goal weight by diabetes prevention class on Wed night.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
