Well the end of lent has seen my weight reduction go from 78 kg to 74.5 kg, I had good discipline with diet and exercise, it can pay off when you put your mind to it through a spiritual journey. So looking forward for a short period I will return to meats, biscuits and the nicer things hopefully without overdoing it.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
