I'm not surprised. I had an attitude of- oh, I have this points thing nailed, I don't need to track points this weekend. Well- I WAS weighing 162.8 on Wednesday- but I blew it this weekend. To keep positive, I'll just say that it is a reminder that I need to always COUNT points if I want to make my goal on time. MOVE ON!
