I started the Paleo diet on April 1, and after one full month I've lost 8 pounds. I'd have to say it's working! The hardest part of this diet for me isn't what I've had to give up - it's the need to eat so much meat. I'm really not accustomed to having protein at every meal, and I often run out of cooked meat to use for salads, etc. Other than that, I really don't miss bread or cereal too much, and dairy I hardly miss at all.
