Nothing is working. I'm focusing on eating two meals a day. Keeping in mind to try and make dinner smaller. Usually the only snack I have is some almonds in the morning, and/or an orange in the afternoon. This is not working and I am majorly discouraged.

One positive I can assert is that I feel a little more muscular from adding in little strength training exercises a little bit at a time. On the contrary, it may be making me more hungry..
130.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
