I changed jobs that is running me ragged in hot environment, that is my secret of my weight loss. :-) But I am conscientious of what I eat. Focusing on Grilled items, I love nuts/raisin mixture and try to eat at least one fruit a day. I try to do the eat 6 small meals a day but sometimes more like 8 small meals a day :-)
