Well apparently I already failed my diet which is my biggest hurdle with getting in shape. Today I had strawberries and dip (1 can of condensed milk and 1 block of cream cheese 1/3 less fat). Need to get control of my sugar cravings....
135.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Eat more fruits and leave Simple curb, bananas are good but remember dried friut have a higher suger and not so good for you. natural suger peaches apple just more fruit. also eat smaller meal but have more say 5 small controled meal,s a day will increas your metabolisme
