Been running and doing BodyRock.tv since lase Wednesday.... drinking fruit and spinach smoothies for lunch, having kashi cereal and creamy fat free milk for breakfast... apple for snack and drinking more water... it has been fairly warm lately.... between high 70's to the 90's.... making my fat cry!!!

Haven't been feeling motivated lately, not quite sure why... haven't worked out in a week and half... been really tired... unmotivated...

Well apparently I already failed my diet which is my biggest hurdle with getting in shape. Today I had strawberries and dip (1 can of condensed milk and 1 block of cream cheese 1/3 less fat). Need to get control of my sugar cravings....
