Even after smoking two racks of pork spareribs and 30 pieces of chicken on Saturday, I managed to lose a few lbs. I only ate 4 of the ribs myself. The rest went to the hungry ski patrol crew that I work with. I can't guarantee that any of them lost weight though.
225.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
