It has been a semi bad week...Im ok with gaining the weight though, I did it to myself.
193.3 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1501 kcal Fat: 29.61g | Prot: 37.93g | Carb: 283.97g.   Breakfast: Fiber Plus Antioxidants Dark Chocolate Almond, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), special k blueberry cereal. Lunch: campbells select harvest light vegetable pasta. Dinner: smart ones chicken oriental. Snacks/Other: 100 calorie pop corn jolly time, Bananas, austin peanut butter crackers, grapes, quacker rice cake caramel corn, snyders 100 calorie pack, keebler fudge shoppe 100 calorie right bites. more...
