YAYYYYY There's my woosh, finally! I have been so frustrated that I was .2 away from my lowest on 3/11/18. So I sat at 216. For 2 weeks. No bits of a pound up or down. Argghhhhh
I just weighed and I'm down 2.4 lbs. Finally!! This puts me at 28.4 lbs lost. 1.6 pounds to go until 30 lbs lost. Oh. My. Goodness.
I've been diligently reading other forums (specifically /r/keto) to try to keep the motivation up for the past two weeks, and something I've read on the many posts about stalls is to just trust the process. Keep calm, and keto on. And I'm glad I did. There's been a lot of times these past 2 weeks where I just wanted to say forget about it, obviously it's stopped working, whatever... but I kept the path. And they were right. KCKO.
Here's to the next 28.4! ;)
