This is the time when I get stupid. I dropped 0.6 lb. Something mentally tells me that I can eat a little treat.....I've got to fight it! If I can break 156.6, I would have broken my plateau. I have continuously lost and gained the same five pounds since Nov/Dec. It's time for a break-through!
158.8 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! Its tough to get back on track sometimes but I know you can!!!! Really focus on a goal for yourself. If you get and keep off those 5 lbs give yourself a treat...but not an edible one! Buy a new shirt, or a cute pair of shoes. Go out with a girlfriend. Reward yourself but not with food! Good luck!

Try to stay away from rewarding your weight loss, no matter how big or small they may be with food. Instead buy something you enjoy, I love shopping so when I hit a major loss (usually ever 20lbs or so) I go shopping and buy a new shirt, pants or whatever. My thing this week was all new panties....losing almost 80lbs and still wearing the old panties wasn't applealing anymore. Keep up the good work, another suggestion, get a massage, manicure etc etc Good luck

Great suggestions, MJ's Mom and Rinnie84! I DO just that all the time....reward myself with food. A ped sounds nice right about now!
