Every time I go on a trip I get complete off the diet. I find that I want to eat everything that I haven't been able to, This past week when I was at mom and dad's I bought myself two jelly doughnuts and ate both of them. They tasted wonderful but I know that the sugar in them is not good for me.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 56.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.1 lb a week

Maybe allowing yourself to make your own healthy versions of these "cheat foods" could help you out - i'm bet a jelly doughnut could be hard to copy, but i'm sure you could think of something that closely compares in flavour and satisfaction. :)

It's only two jelly donuts, no big deal. What's important is that you recognize it was wrong. As long as you don't use this set-back as an excuse to quit your diet, no harm no foul. Just get back on track today. Good luck!
