Very bad week. I gained 2 pounds.. which is ok. My hip/leg has been hurting so badly. So I haven't exercised. I am going to start again tomorrow.. with baby steps.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
