wow, I have been sticking with my eating plan but haven't been getting extra exercise lately. I gave up all pop and fast foods no junk food either, also taking in 1500 or less calories a day and drinking lots of ice water. I am doing well and have lost 12 pounds so far and I am very proud of myself! Today I gave myself a treat and had pizza hut and pepsi for lunch, that soda tasted ewwww sweet after all this time. I am scared about adding up the lunch, lol.
318.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 128.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
