It has been going SLOWWWW. I could definitely be more strict and be doing better at this weight loss thing. I wouldn't say I am "happy" with my performance, but I am satisfied. Slow weight loss is better than weight gain. Regardless of the number on the scale, I am content with my weight, and I am satisfied with my current level of fitness. My running is getting back to where I want it to be. I ran 4 miles last saturday (half of which had an uphill grade), 2 hard miles in the noon-time hot, humid sun Tuesday, and had a great run last night.
