One pound. OK. I'll take it.

I've ate well this week with a couple of instances of no self-control (like last night-ate 2 glazed donuts when I got to 2nd job that had a food day-dunno why, don't like donuts). I worked out Wednesday evening and plan to tonight.

Need to figure out what I will eat this coming week since I go to grocery tomorrow morning. Might do salisbury steak again....soooo good!! Still have some mashed sweet potatoes left and carrots I need to do something with-probably steam them, yummy!

Anyway, HAPPY FRIDAY!!! :-)
219.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
