Stuck at 204 for last several days after dropping 17 lbs in 2 months. I’ve added 25 minutes of low impact aerobics starting tonight and will attempt to get in at least 20 min per day each day to see if this will help boost weight loss. I had to stop doing the 5 mile walk due to heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. I loved my walks but until I get some more weight off doctor says my feet will continue-to put me on bed rest off of my feet. It’s driving me nuts! So low impact aerobics being done with very little jogging or fast pace walking for long periods of time for now. I am praying it gets better so I can extend work out times on my feet. Praying for all on here fighting the fight! Have a good night! Keep your head up and let’s get this done ✅
204.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You might look at chair workout routines or stretching routines that don’t require that you be on your feet. Look up Miranda Esmonde-White and her routines. She was on PBS for years.
