Holy HOT! Got my cardio done at the gym early today and been sweating at my desk ever since. Tomorrow is supposed to be even warmer - welcome summer!

Energy is totally back which is awesome! Need to get back into a good strength training routine - been slacking on arms and abs especially.

Headed to Sox game tomorrow and wedding this weekend - looking forward to kicking back!

150.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
