Well, .2 down. I stayed the course all day yesterday except until dinner. I actually ate really, really good and had a “back to low carb basics” lunch which was two pickle spears, two cheese lengths(not quite string cheese but similar) a few slices of turkey and ham lunch meat and a small bowl (estimate maybe 1/2 cup or less) of mashed cauliflower with sour cream, butter, garlic.

I knew it was probably going to be difficult but usually I can find a salad or something wherever we go. We ended up at red lobster, we had not been in YEARS. I had a difficult time finding something that was going to be low carb mostly because the menu was huge! I ended up getting shrimp tacos, which I know aren’t LC (everything except corn/tomatoes/tortilla was) which came with a side of rice, and a salad. Didn’t touch the rice. Did have everything else. I am ok with it. Without being a trigger, holy cow those shrimp tacos were good. I could have taken everything out of the taco and not had the one cheddar bay biscuit but I felt like it was going to be okay and I have everything under control. It’s a very small cheat. Later on today I think I will try the ketostix and see where I am at. But I feel ok (and finally down .2? Now to get back to 215.8... grrr) and will continue to stay the course today. I am in control.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
