Been shopping fresh and end up spending less and having food on hand to cook more often.
The family eats better and we enjoy preparing meals without grease, We make salad every day or other day but always have one going in the fridge.
I still let the hubby and baby eat what they want as they are healthy weight and can burn it off.
I have been emotionally eating and know I need to make better choices but glad I have cut out the main offenders, will be looking into some health snacks so it won't affect me as much.
Got new scales that tell BMI and fat but my number is to high to tell me anything so that's a good reason to get down so it can.
Really want to loose weight so I can wear different clothes and feel better about my image , it will help my relationship and lifestyle


I can do anything and so I will do this I'm worth it and deserve it 💜💜💜😃
235.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 11.4 lb a week
