202 days away! But I’m back ready for a new start , Best thing I’ve done is eat smaller and that’s been fantastic! I get so full from eating small meals now it’s really cool, would recommend this as a start for anyone struggling.
I eat healthy microwave meals and it’s been my last option but probably the best decision I’ve made on this journey, still need to cut my sugars and junk so that’s being my main focus now, I need to find better options than turning to junk.

Got a new recumberant exercise bike/ sit down bike, right in my lounge room with my 2year old and the TV so no excuses I'm at least exercising more per week then I was and have a journal to log my minutes. I love to cycle as its easy and can work my stamina up, I had wanted this bike for ages and had used after pay to finally get it 😃
