And again, tracking is working. I am being brutally honest with my tracking entries, and it has made me aware of areas where I was eating foods that played a part in my previous issues.
Oh, and yesterday in Diabetes prevention class, the coach has let us know what our cal limit is. I was working on a 2000 cal a day limit. Coach said I need to be at 1800 (which is ok, as I was doing an ave of 1800 a day anyway.
