Really dont know how to post something on this place but wanted to share my discovery about Apple cider Vinegar. Its recommended to drink 15ml before every meal. So you mix it with water like a tonic and its really good for the body. i drink it as often as i remember. It has to be organic though, in our shops ive only seen the Natures Choice brand as its natural , raw and unfiltered so its all of the GOOD stuff.
i drink plenty of water and the Apple cider vinegar suppresses my appetite for sure. I never expected this to be true and came across it by chance but its great ! combined with healthy eating , reasonable calorie count and exercise its all round a winner.
i also supplement Omega 3- for those who exercise or not its vital for health !

The apple cider must be organic guys :) but yeash just think of it as a tonic when you drink it with water. If i drink this before a meal , even if the meal is tiny i feel so full so its tricks the body lets put it this way.
