Anybody out there got the definitive answer on whether aspartame ( diet coke ) will kick you out of ketosis. I have seen conflicting research results as seems to be common in all areas having to do with nutrition
236.4 lb Lost so far: 58.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The sweetness of Diet Coke will give a spike of your insulin which then inhibits ketosis. This occurs through the Cephalic Phase Insulin Release. If you are eating anyway then probably not a big deal but it will break a fast.
