I started my weight loss in June 2017. I just gave up 5 things (1) bread because bread is a vehicle (2) meat (3) raw sugar I am a diabetic (4) caffeinated beverages (5) chocolate. I have lost 77 lb my ALC is now 5.9 at one time it was 8.9 last May. A few years ago it was 12.6. I also have had a heart attack 4 years ago so I'm trying to make a life-changing affect. thank you for your support.
