Yesterday was a good day. I hadn't been keeping track over the weekend but I know I ate too much. Got a 5 mile run in which was awesome but shouldn't have eaten so much. This week will be better.
275.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
