i dont understand what happened
361.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 161.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week

Are you on plan? Have you had too much sodium? Is it that time of the month? Have you started a new exercise plan? Many things can cause a gain. If you haven't gone off plan, then it is most likely water weight caused by something other than eating. Drink some water and hopefully it will go back down.
